We’ve presented as much information about our ring knives as we thought practical. We strive to make your checkout process as quick and painless as we can. At Handy Twine Knife, we realize that securing your personal information is a priority. Therefore we’re in full PCI Compliance and you can rest assured that both your personal and financial data is transmitted securely to us. We also use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt credit card data. During the checkout process, you’ll see the small image of a lock*. This indicates that a secure session is happening in the browser and that your information is being encrypted as it passes along the the Internet.

Returns

If you have any issue with the quality of our utility knives, we do have a return policy. Within thirty days of of an online purchase you can return the knives. The knives must be unused, in full dozens (sorry, but we can’t accept individual units of knives). The ring knives must be in full working and re-sellable condition. There may be a restocking fee, but contact us about any return.
